Virginia rural healthcare status

Hi all. Looking at moving to Virginia from Michigan and was wondering a few things about the region and healthcare needs. I’m a FNP and have a plan to open a direct primary care clinic. Getting my license transferred has been a cumbersome process and is the largest hang up. Virginia is favorable to me as they started allowing independent practice and the climate is more reasonable. And areas you all think we should focus? Preferable a place that allows mixed use properties for a business and home.
