Hello there,
Has anyone gone through the hiring process at Virginia Mason for New Grads? I just applied and was wondering if anyone else has too.
Does anyone know what requirements they have for starting new grads in critical care areas? I'm trying to do my capstone on an ICU (probably MICU at a Level I hospital), which will be around 500 hours. I also am doing a nurse externship at a CVICU at another Level I hospital and will have around 240 hours there by graduation.

I never saw anything on their website for their requirements but I would definitely make sure to put all those hours on your resume when you apply because that will look great! I would also try emailing HR or a recruiter to see if they have any information if you haven't yet.
