Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) CRNA - 2026 Start

Hi guys! Just submitted my application for VCU's CRNA program with a tentative start date of January 2026. Anyone else applied yet?

For those who signed up for their interview, I signed up for my time, got a confirmation email but never got a link or anything to sign in the day of my interview. Did anyone get a link email after signing up?

Literally the first email for interviews said applicants will hear about second interviews before the end of May.

I don't really care one way or the other, but does anyone know if our second interview will be clinical questions or more like the 1st Kira assessment? Trying to figure out how to best prepare.

@11B123 research what type of interview would be delivered from the email and I am sure you can find out a lot. I would say EI and clinical, MOA meds, patho will be asked since that's how most CRNA school interviews are.

Why did you feel the need to edit this? 

"if you used some simple sense and Googled what type of interview the email said would be delivered you could find out a lot. Just a suggestion"

Anyway, the email doesnt really say much. Not really something that can be Googled. I know people that have had 100% clinical based questions and some that have had 100% personality/emotional intelligence based questions depending on the program they've applied to. 

Like I said, I don't really care one way or the other. Just trying to see what the program has a history of asking.

The email says it's a MMI. Tons of info on Google yall

I just received the link for the interview.  My interview is tomorrow morning, so looks like they may be waiting until very close to the interview.

They mentioned that the link for the interview was going to be sent closer to the interview date. Not sure why there was confusion as to what type of interview or when is going to be. You're applying for a doctoral program, the expectations for much higher.

I got two times as well. It seems it's how the platform works/interview style is.

Thank you for being kind in your response and trying to be helpful. Im glad to see that some of us realize we are here to build each other up, not tear each other down in answering each other's questions.

I got two times as well, the times are 30 mins apart. I agree with you about the energy in this group.  There's a lot of mean girl energy going on. We are all here to help each other. Goodluck in your interview
