Vintage film abt elderly person wanting to donate

I'm struggling to find a vintage film about an elderly person who is wandering the halls of a hospital and trying to find someone because they want to make a financial donation.

Does anyone remember?

Today's version would feature an elderly person wandering about, trying to understand why their hospital bill is more than they made in their entire lives.

True story with my mother-in-law.

YES YES YES!!!

It was about some LOL in the hosp wandering about with a bag she was carrying. The folks at the hospital kept directing her to dept to dept to dept. Nobody giving her the time of day! And in the end she was just so frustrated that she left without giving away the donation. She wanted to donate in the name of her late husband.

It was a film we showed during orientation at a facility that I was at. It was like for customer service.

Hadn't thought about that film since I was there - some 20 + years ago.

That was a trip down memory lane. WOW!

Where's the Wayback Machine?

Yes! That's the one. I've searched and searched but still can't find it.

I think I watched it in nursing school - circa 1980. Might have been during hospital orientation some time later. It 's a great customer service film.

Sure do hope someone remembers the name!

I was at that facility 1987. The place has since long closed. I remember it in my lesson plan for nsg orientation. I remember using those big old round projector films from Amer Nurses Assoc. Don't remember if it was their's.

I never kept in touch with anyone from there who could remember.

Good luck in you search. I liked that film too. It really hit the mark.

I take it back. It was 30 + years ago.

I think those films were called 'Trainex', but I won't swear to it. They were a pain to load and watch, but had good content.

I haven't kept in contact with old nursing school classmates or workmates from long ago either, so nobody I can ask. They prob wouldn't remember anyway.
