I got an email that it was received, but not anything about it being under review

I was asked to resend my GRE scores, but no interview offer.

Do they interview more people even after first round which is May?

I have a friend that applied who received a letter for interview about a week ago, I have not received anything yet tho, and when I check my application status, there is no additional information. Anyone else experiencing this?
