0Hi everyone! This site who so helpful to me when I started applying, so I thought I would post here to find anyone who is applying or has been accepted to the Villanova University BSNExpress Program beginning May 2016. Can't wait to meet you all!

Hey Kate,

I applied recently and am awaiting a decision. If you don't mind me asking,

-What was your undergrad GPA & prerequisite GPA?

-At the time of acceptance, how many prerequisites did you still have to complete?

-How long did it take to get a decision?

Hi Wanderfox, how far are you in the application process? I was accepted in last year, but had to defer until 2016. I saw some of your questions and I had 3 prereq's left when I applied. I had applied in late August, interviewed in mid-September and received my acceptance letter 10/3. Best of luck to you!!! Do you already have your degree or will you be completing it before the program begins?

Thank you for responding! I'm just trying to get an idea if Villanova accepts students with a little more prerequisites left. I already have my Bachelors finished (3.5). I have 4 prerequisites completed (nutrition, dev psy, a&p 1&2 A, A, A-, A-. I am currently taking 2 prerequisites and would have 3 to take in the Spring (religion, patho, and org chem). Thank you for your input!!

Oh you should be fine then! Your gpa sounds great and as long as you have a good letter of intent and interview! Are you in PA now? Or out of state?

wanderfox, I had a 3.5 GPA in undergraduate psychology, I had just completed microbiology but Villanova hadn't received the grade yet and I still need pathophysiology, and I applied when the application opened in January and they didn't get to it until July, but I think now that all the other 4 year and 2 year programs admissions are done, it seems like it is a month or two turnaround time.

Hey Everyone ! I applied on Sept 22 and my file is finally complete.I was contacted yesterday to schedule an interview. Still waiting on an email back to schedule the interview. Good luck !

Hi wanderfox,

I had the interview yesterday with prof hickey. She was so nice. Just told me to tell her about myself ,my strengths ....she explained the course more than ask questions. I heard there is an open house on Oct 20th. Anyone going? Keeping my fingers crossed!

Hi all, I submitted my application on August 22 but haven't heard anything about an interview since then. Should I be worried? haha. Villanova is my first choice! Anyways, best of luck to you all!
