I have a quick question. I have just applied to Villanova's BSN Express program for May 2009 (this coming May). I have not completed ANY of my pre-reqs yet!!! If i work very hard do I even have time to complete all of my pre-reqs before May?? I would love to get accepted this May, rather than next. Am i crazy for thinking I can get all of my prereqs done in this short amount of time??? is it even possible? Also, a friend of mine is in the program now and she said she took all of her prereq classes online. How do i do that? Through what schools will online prereqs transfer to Villanovas BSN express program?? Please help!!!!!!!!!

I doubt it's possible...you need Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2 (6-8 credits), and you have one term (spring) to get these courses done. Villanova accepts transfer credits from a lot of schools (community colleges, some online programs, etc), but their prereq list is LONG! Their list would potentially have you taking up to 34 credits at once, which is super expensive and not allowed by most schools (or at least any admissions counselor in their right mind would tell you not to do it!).
Canyon College online is accepted by Villanova, which is surprising because they aren't accreditted by the Department of Education! Anyways, I emailed the director from Villanova who told me to take Pathophysiology, Dev Psych, and Religion from here but NOT to take Anatomy and Physiology-- take it somewhere else.
Just my two cents...but if you haven't taken any of the prereqs yet, then enroll this spring in a few classes, and get them knocked out to apply for May 2010!

Unless you have a lot of the science classes done from your first degree, I don't see how you could complete prerequisites in 1 semester. They require 10 courses! It's pushing it as it is to do in 2 semesters, imo.
