I heard from someone that they stopped accepting apps in 2019 as usually they have a 2yr waiting list. Word is they won't be accepting apps until 2022 or 2023.
I spoke to counselor yesterday about their nursing program. Apparently they are in the process of getting rid of their waitlist. They have to honor those that are currently on it and accept them all. I was told they should be taking applications for fall 2022 in Spring of 2022. Which is a bummer for me because I live near the college. Any other college will be too far off, but Im not waiting.

I live in the HD too, and VVC is my number one. Cheap, close, good school. RCC is an option too I'm looking at, as well as APU which has a high desert campus

I'm sure it is. But if they are eliminating the waitlist, at least you can get right in!
I wish I could apply to other places and go but that's not in the cards for me. If you can apply, I would, go for it. I know a girl who applied to San Bndo Valley and got in, was supposed to start I think she said this fall but couldn't because of her kids. So I mean ppl are getting in elsewhere... I'd say go for it and see what happens!

Is there anyone that recently applied to the VVC nursing program. I'm trying to just connect with a few people that can give out some insight.
