Vetpro and E-qip - more than once?

If Vetpro and E-qip have been completed in the past, would they be required again? I have worked for the VA in the past and am considering applying for a PRN/PT position for extra income. I read somewhere, I thought on here but can't locate the post, that once these were done it would not be a requirement in the future - I'm not concerned about either one of them..just curious if as a former employee wanting to return if I would go through this part again..same w/the fingerprinting..would think once done that would be it?

    I know Vetpro must be up to date not sure about Equips.

    I had a position as a student nurse and did e-qip in 2015, then had to do it again when I was hired at a different VA as an RN in 2016.
