Veterinary anesthesia experience

So weird question. Before getting into nursing, I worked as a vet tech and really enjoyed it. One of my favorite things was assisting the vet during surgeries which including sedating, intubating and monitoring the animal while under anesthesia. This is what lead me to investigate the CRNA career path once i started pre-reqs for nursing school. I just graduated this past spring and working on a med/surg floor and completing my BSN, so needless to say, I have some years before me till I can start applying. However, I've seriously been considering picking up some PRN work with an animal hospital I used to work at just for the fun and enjoyment of working with animals again. When I have put in some quality time in an ICU and am ready to apply, do you think mentioning my experience as a vet tech (as it relates to anesthesia) would be interesting/beneficial in the application process? Or would that just look...silly?

Thanks to those who reply. I'm really just curious, that's all :)

Not a weird question at all. You could always talk about it in your entrance essay letting them know that this is why you have chosen this path. Obviously. anesthesia for animals is different than humans, but it is what sparked you interest for nurse anesthesia.:)
