Per Excelsior staff, if you are a student enrolled in the FCCA, it is NOT to be a collaborative effort. Collaborating with other students regarding the FCCA is a violation of EC's academic honesty policy. In this light, I am requesting that you do NOT discuss the FCCA exam itself on this forum. I know that many posts are of a vague nature, but I would hate for anyone's posts here to jeopardize his/her enrollment in the program, as violating academic honesty can result in dismissal from the program. Asking about things like cut-off dates, etc., is fine, but as far as content, or working through assignments ... that's a no-go.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about this. Thanks!

I am removing several FCCA threads to prevent further comments being posted to them. Thanks!

After a discussion with site admins and other moderators, it has been decided that the FCCA is an off-limits topic on allnurses. While I had posted guidance about acceptable content for FCCA-related posts (located in the "stickies" at the bottom of the forum), too many posters and too many posts went beyond the boundaries of acceptable FCCA discussion. Those threads and posts have been removed to protect the students from (often unknowingly) violating EC's academic honesty policy. From this point forward, threads and posts related to the FCCA will be removed, period. While the threads or posts often start out within the boundaries, they don't typically end up that way ... thus, no more. If you post something like "I'm just waiting on the FCCA and the CPNE," that's fine -- mentioning it in passing is one thing. But DO NOT DISCUSS THE FCCA. Seriously. No posts with the word "FCCA" in the title. And please don't try anything like discussing "the exam that shall not be named." I will not be amused. ;) I read every single post on this forum, and I will notice.

If you have any questions regarding this policy or post, you can contact me or post in the help desk where a site admin can address your concerns: https://allnurses.com/admin-help-desk/
