Vermont Licensure Application Help

Published

Greetings! First of all, i am new here and i found this forum very educating & helpful. I am from the Philippines and planning to take the Vermont NCLEX. I just have some questions in regards to filling up the application to Vermont BON. I really hope you guys could help me out on how to have a work around or how to accomplish the following fields in the application form, since i cant afford to have some delays in my application. Here are some of the questions that i need help with. Thanks in advance.:).

Nursing Education ( How do i accomplish this field? )

- I have attended 2 schools to finish my nursing degree, what should i write in the space provided and how do i let them accomplish the Nursing Education Certification form?

- I also have attended 2 schools prior to taking up nursing, both are undergraduate courses (Commerce & Computer Science)

You are applying for licensure as an RN to the BON of VT. There is no application for the NCLEX exam, and no mention of it on the application form. Title edited to show that.

Not sure if you are aware that there is a retrogression in place and if you do not already have a green card, you are looking at five years plus for a chance at a green card to work in the US.

All trainings that you did need to be listed on the application, same as they are required for the Visa Screen Certificate. I assume that you have a nursing degree from only one program, that is the one that is listed, but since you also attended another program to meet those requirements, then that is listed as well.

What ever you did needs to be included on that application.
