Me either. I have a friend who knows of 3 people who got in. One had 86 points, one had 76 and one had 72. I have 70 so I was hoping I'd be getting a call soon, but so far nothing But I also haven't gotten a waitlist number, so I guess there's still hope!

I was told waitlist numbers will be given in July, but this was back when I turned in my application so maybe it changed.

Interesting. That seems like a wide range. I’m assuming there has to be other things considered than points. I’m crossing my fingers for everyone!

Also, how does the alternate list work, or is there not one?

I'm not really sure that there's an "alternate list". What I've heard in the past is that if someone doesn't show up for the orientation, or ends up diferring closer to the start date, they will basically draw names out of a hat to fill those spots. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but that's what I've heard from a couple different people.

I got mine too I’m 315, that’s insane! Does anyone know how they determine your waitlist number? I have friends who applied after me, and have less points, and they are way ahead of me ??‍♀️

The waitlist numbers are assigned randomly

randomly? barbara told me they are based off of points. she also told me that the points we determine for ourselves are different than the points they determine for us. i asked if there are multiple people with the same amount of points how do they determine who to choose and she also said that not one single person has the same number of points.. i don’t think the waitlist is random. what is your source?

Do you know if they will tell us how many points they gave us, if we ask? I wonder how we can find that out.

I asked when I turned in my application what happens if your the first person who didn’t get in? If that would make you first on the waitlist, and she said No anyone who isn’t in is assigned a waitlist number randomly.
