Vent!!!

I do like where I work, it's nice... but honest, it sucks sometimes.

I picked my schedule just the way I wanted and now that I see the final schedule, they just messed me up completely. I scheduled myself for 3 nights in a row, then I could have 4 days off.... but they have me on for 3 nights then off 2 nights then on one night.... and so on.

they said that it is based on space available, and mind you, I am one of the last people to sign up for schedule.

Oh yeah, and when I came in tonight, they told me I had a med error! can you believe it? me a med error, and we have computerized machines here.

they said that I did not give a dose of toradol that was around the clock.... ummm then why didn't day shift give it if it was around the clock? and why did it not show as pink on my computerized MAR.

This really sucks sometimes. And right now I feel upset. but what can I do.

i can understand. i love my job and coworkers, but sometimes things happen and you leave work seroiusly not wanting to come back.

just try and learn from whatever happened and let it roll off of your back.
