I have a question, unrelated to Vagans or Nursing. This is the best place I have to ask. I have a granddaughter coming to visit. She is gluten free.....I use a lot of vagan recipes, now have to loose the gluten. Her Dr. also said to loose as much lactose as she could. So, no bread and not milk. HELP.
I don't know if I 'm too late to help, but here are my thoughts:
for grains: millet, brown rice, quinoa
For liquid: almond or soy milk
Protein: tofu, nuts, legumes.
