Hello has anyone took the entrance exam for the veeb lpn program in long island if so how was it?

Quick question does anyone plan on attending Helene Fuld's lpn to RN program after VEEB?

Yeah that's becoming the plan for a few of us attending Veeb at the moment

RN programs are requiring a 90 average to even apply and still have like 2 year wait lists and stuff its ridiculous schools like Nassau etc.

So Helen Fuld is not ideal but its sadly becoming our like only choice cause to maintain a 90 average overall in Veeb is so ridiculous I think out of the 120 something people left maybe 4 people can say they have a 90 average throughout the entire year.

I never want to do something like Veeb again (accelerated) and Helen Fuld is basically Veeb without the extra help (afterschool tutoring modules that come with study guides etc.) None of that is in Helen Fuld so even people that have passed Helen Fuld haven't really recommended it for us but none the less. LPN's are being phased out and we have no choice but to continue moving forward.

Gotta do what you gotta do. I assume like Veeb if you give it 110% you can get through it.

That is so true and you need an %85 average geez I was on their website and they want you to do sooooooooooooooooo much in order to get in ....smh

Orientation was cool you meet your teachers and the nurse supervisor they give you papers to sign and homework and the book list

The booklist are damn near the same except for a couple books which are a newer edition I wonder if it matters if its a newer edition
