I'll be starting at VEEB in the Fall and was wondering if there are any current or past VEEB students that can give some info on this program.
What are the Teachers like?
What are the required books?
Is the program as intense as they say?
Do they have articulation agreements with other nursing (RN) programs? If so, with who?
Are there any disadvantages in taking the LPN course outside of a Community College setting?
Do they provide job Placement at the end???
Any information that ANYONE can provide will be GREATLY appreciated! I really want to have a full understanding of what I'm in for. I have 2 year old Twins and I am a little worried about whether or not I'll be able to juggle school/studying and Family!
i hope u get nymom i have reading ur post for a long time well i think they lost my mail because i no i passed the my math because i found it easy. but the reading i give myself a 6 or 6 1/2 between 1 and 10 iam not going to think about it iam going to bed
hey xxbklyn congratulations on passing the test!! yeah if i dont get it by tomorrow i'm going to call on monday again, i hope it wasnt lost in the mail, i took the test on the 11th which is over a month ago, i'm going to try to stay positive..and thanks geo i hope u passed too!!!...and by the way Angel1984 did u get your results yet?
So. Wonder how many correct questions= 10.8 and the other numbers. I've tried real hard not to think about the mail, but I know ts comng soon and it's gettng to meeeee..
I didn't pass got my letter :-(. 14.3 for readng. Math 6.3 I blew the math mind went blank. This stinks. Anyone have a plan b??? I know if I were able to retake the math I'd pass but no refresher course
I'm sorry to hear that Malenurse, as long as you know you tried your best that really is all that matters. Hey you did good on the reading portion, hopefully next year you can try again and try taking a prep course in math at Ready To Pass in West Hempstead. I also heard CNA's making 18.00 an hour at Winthrop Hospital to start..thats my second option..I hope you don't let this get you down, keep your head up and keep going!!

I am so sorry to hear that malenurse but please do not give up. Please keep trying and take prep courses for next years test. I wish you all the best and I know you will achieve your goal.
let me tell u someing malenurse I took my GED 5 times and this will the 3 third time for veeb and if I don't pass I will never give up one day it may be now but iam going to be a nurse. So don't ever let some test get u down
