1. Do you stay in your clinic all day, or do you have times when you are out

and about in your schools?

2. Do you feel isolated from time to time?

3. Do you think that "educational personnel" understand you as a medical

person?

4. Do you get a duty free lunch ?

5. On a scale of 1-10....how do you like your job ?

6. Are you wishing you could transfer to another school ?

7. Why ? (see above question)

8. Are you expected to stay for staff/faculty meetings ?

1. i'm pretty much in the clinic all day, though if i have a moment, i like to take a quick walk around the school.

2. Occasionally i feel isolated, for the most part i have a great relationship with the other staff @ my school.

3. Yes.

4. yes.

5. well, since a 10 rated job would be taste tested at edy's ice cream i'd say about an 8 or 9 - depends on what day you ask me...

6. no, i'm content.

8. Usually - though if they are completely unrelated to anything i do i'm told i don't have to stay. The district nurses meet montly anyhow...
