Vanderbilt Nurse Residency Program Summer 2017

I know I am WAY ahead on this, but I just wanted to see who all was applying for VUMC nurse residency program in the summer 2017? The application opens up on December 9th and I want to apply for the Adult Critical Care Track! If anyone has any tips on the application, please feel free to comment! :) I know it's a long time coming, but I just want to see who out there will be applying!

I honestly didn't even know what my chances of getting an interview were though... i meet all the requirements and i feel like i have great experience, so i thought i would try! I live in a smaller town in KY and I want to get out of it so bad and this just seemed like a great opportunity. I hope I hear something soon, either way... But I am very excited for everyone who has gotten an interview so far! please keep us updated if you get a call :)

I can relate! All we can do is hope!!! I'm also very happy for everyone that has received a callback thus far.

Does anyone know if we don't receive an interview if we are notified or do we just not hear anything?

You should hear back from Vanderbilt regardless of being extended an interview or not.

Have you heard back yet about times to interview? I got a call and then never got the email yesterday.

Did they also tell you they would send an e-mail about interview this week. I applied for the NICU track as well and I'm waiting to hear back !

Yes! She told me I would get an email Monday (yesterday) about interviews and never did.

Hi guys! Has anyone heard back from the ER track? I noticed a couple of people heard back from PICU and NICU but no mention of the ER.

I just received the call today for follow up interview. As everyone else mentioned, they said they would email me with further info. Oncology track

I just got a call for an interview in the ED!! It seems that they are calling people later than the previous years. Good luck to everyone!!
