Vanderbilt ICU Nursing

Hi! I’m currently a nurse with 1 1/2 yr ICU experience and looking at going to another hospital. I know vandy is supposed to have a good ICU, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience working there, specifically in the trauma ICU. What’s the work environment like? What are the platoon ratios and pay like? Thanks!
