I have a question for anyone who might be able to help. I really really want to attend Vanderbilt's AG-ACNP program. My grades are great, I have 6 years experience in an ICU, I'm certified, I have great references, i'm a member of Sigma Theta Tau, I've studied abroad. My question is this...I did not do well on my GRE. I did not make the minimum score on a section. Will my application even be considered? If I need to, I'll take it again but there is no way to have new scores by the Dec. 1st deadline. Any info. would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Congratulations everyone! I won't be applying for another year or so, but I've been reading blogs early to try and prepare myself the best I can. I hope to do the Intensivist track as well. Does anyone have any advice for the personal statement? Things like this always get to me and I have a hard time talking about myself.
Yes intensivist. I literally just moved to Nashville today from CT. I got a job in the Vanderbilt MICU, I start on Monday. Crazy life changes. So exciting. Congrats to everyone again!![/quote']I really wanted to do Intensivist but couldn't relocate to Nashville. I guess we'll have some classes together though. Congrats on all your fun changes in your life.

It's the opportunity for them to get to know you. Good luck!!

I went to the Open House last weekend and I think that Dr. King said there were 70-ish slots (I think) for AGACNP.
