Does anyone know if the concurrent program has a waitlist? Under the eligible status it says you can be waitlisted but from the previous year's threads it doesn't look like anyone gets waitlisted

I read in either this post or the other that someone was waitlisted for SSC/UCF. So I assume it is possible.
