Valencia Spring 2020

For those who applied for Fall semester 2019 and got waitlisted, and now waiting for the Spring. Also for new applicants as well. Trying to be proactive ?

I have a question but don’t know if anyone can answer it. I applied to both day and night. With my current situation, I’m only going to be able to do the day program. Does anyone know if I get accepted into night, I can decline my seat and still get accepted into the day program right? Like even if I end up getting waitlisted for the day program.

Usually, if you get accepted for nights, that doesn’t mean you’ll get accepted for days. The only way you get accepted to days if they offer you a seat for days. Which kind of sucks. That’s why they have those two times ?

Do we find out at the same time whether we got accepted/waitlisted for both?

Yea. I got both emails within 15 mins of each other, that I got waitlisted. But, the email doesn’t literally say “waitlisted”. It says, we will keep your application active until a seat becomes available- hence waitlisted.

I keep telling myself I’m not going to keep checking my email bc I set an alert for notifications whenever I get an email from Valencia. Yet, here I am refreshing my mailbox 100+ times ???

It’s bad for me, because I put Valencia’s email on my phone so every time I get a email I think it’s “that” email! ?

I was really hoping we’d hear by the end of this week ? Not knowing what date or time is the hardest part!
