Valencia Spring 2013 Nursing Class

Hello! Just starting a thread for all of us accepted into the Spring 2013 class to get aquainted and keep each other informed on what's to come! I will be enjoying my freedom for another few months! :-) Until January!

Guess what??? I'm approved for financial aid. I received the letter today. I have to pass each semester with 2.00 GPA or higher to receive financial aid every single semester until I finish the nursing program. Thanks everybody for the info!!!

I think its always better to get the books from your own campus just to stay on the safe side

Quick questions I want to put out there, how many of you are buying the optional books, and from those which ones? Are there some that have better reviews then others. Mattborlando what are your thoughts, and what are your friends from Nursing 1 thoughts about this. Thanks for the input in advance

The Davis fundamentals of success book is a MUST HAVE. It teaches I how questions are asked in exams. Nursing exams are not like anything you have ever taken. Otherwise just get the required books. Buy the bundle from the valencia bookstore and get the rest from online places like amazon and save some $$$.

What bundle are you talking about? Do you remember what it included? I think I have found just about everything online but the Pharmacology 7e with Online access code, did anyone use the pharmacology study guide that you know of?

What is an HESI book? I have been told they're a great help on the Final for Nursing I.
