Hey, I am looking for people who will be going to Valencia College for the Fall 2018 traditional program. I was accepted for Summer 2018 but had to deffer. But I do have a spot! Just want to get connected, and see how everyone is preparing.

None here...I applied for daytime first and evening a couple days later. But now that they are offering the entire program at Osceola - I am hoping that I get the daytime program as I only live a few minutes from campus. I am wondering if we will have a choice or will they assign us to a program.

Did you get an email a couple weeks ago asking about campus preference? I live pretty far from both but I chose west campus. But if you are accepted into both day and evening... you just have to commit to one or the other.

I did get the email and I chose Osceola-so hopefully I get accepted for that program instead of or along with the evening program.

I talked to my counselor about this and she said that we will have a choice to choose if we are accepted to both programs.

I could make a fb page if you guys want!! I was actually thinking of asking you guys that and I applied to both.

Do you guys know if the concurrent and traditional students will be in Nursing 1,2,3 and 4 with each other? Like for the 120 students admitted each semester, is it a mixture of concurrent and traditional students?

I don't know if Valencia includes concurrent students in that count. I know it's like that at Seminole though.

Also, you should definitely make the Facebook page lol. I am terrible at those things!

I hope we get the emails today!!!! If one of us gets it, then we'll probably all get it cause I'm assuming that they'll send it to everyone at the same time

No word yet here either. I applied in Jan 2018 and was waitlisted because they filled up for summer. Anxiously waiting!!! I would love to be added to the Facebook group as well! :)

Maybe just Valencia Nursing class of 2020? Or Valencia Nursing Fall 2018 Admit? I don't know if concurrent students and traditional track students share the same class? Regardless, I think it'd be helpful for everyone!
