Valencia Collage Nursing Fall 2018

Hey, I am looking for people who will be going to Valencia College for the Fall 2018 traditional program. I was accepted for Summer 2018 but had to deffer. But I do have a spot! Just want to get connected, and see how everyone is preparing.

I applied and payed for the daytime and evening on may 1st but it wasn't submitted until the 3rd which was when the payment posted, did you apply to both ?

I know the nursing orientation is July 20th. (NOT SET IN STONE) so we should know something this week. If you check Valencia's nursing instagram you can see the new nursing student orientation

I know people from the concurrent program are starting to receive theirs. I haven't gotten anything yet. I'm getting so nervous!

Me too!!! I wonder why it's taking so long for us to receive our emails. I emailed my counselor and she said decision emails are typically sent out 6-8 weeks after the priority deadlines. If the concurrent students are receiving theirs then we should receive ours soon.

It looks like some concurrent students are receiving theirs based on postings on this site. It feels like forever but we are in the 5th week after the priority deadline so it's within the timeframe they stated but it sure feels like it's been a lot longer. Maybe by the end of the week or sooner!
