VA RN renewal

Hello. I need to renew my license for the first time in VA. I looked at the requirements and one of them is "2. Completion of a minimum of three credit hours of post-licensure academic education relevant to nursing practice, offered by a regionally accredited college or university;". 

I cannot find a number to call the VA BON for my question. Hoping someone here can answer it. I am in NP school. Will that fulfill the above requirement?
