VA nurses I need your opinion

Hey all, Just have a question. But first let me give you a little background. I am in the air force (almost 9 yrs) and my husband works for the Gov't. Well I wanted to stay in and retire as a nurse in the AF ( I am about to start my senior yr in NS) but my husband thinks I should get out so we BOTH can work on our careers because he does not want to follow me around because he might not be able to get a job yada yada. Anway I ahve looked at the VA system and it seems that the VA has some really good benefits. My question is do you think this is a wise decision as far as retirement & pay? I luv being in the AF and it has been good to me and my family but I think I will be selfish if I don't get out. Oh what is a girl to do:uhoh21: Oh yeah do you guys know how the military time buy back works?
