VA HOSPITALS ANYONE?

Lately ive been very interested in applying/working for VA hospitals. Does anyone have any experience working VA hospitals? Tell me about your experience. Do/did you like it or not, why?

I hear a lot of radio commercials advertising jobs at VA hospitals; they say you can work in one with a license from a different state (so you could work in an IL veterans hospital with a current license from a different state). So you don't have to go through the endorsement process.
