VA healthcare system

Hey all ~

Anyone know if the government/VA system in Florida is IPN friendly? Or any State, really. I've put in an application with a primary care where I live and was just wondering if I even have a shot?

The only thing I know about the VA is that the wait to even get an interview is interminable. Even once you get that and they decide to offer, there is loads of background checking etc. I worked there in 08-09 (way pre dealing with the idiocy of IPN days) and I remember getting a call from the person doing the background on a minor issue that had happened in college in the '90s. I think that so long as anything can be adequately explained they may be okay with it.

Thanks, Cats. I put in an application. So, we'll see. I have plenty of time, that's the one thing I have plenty of.
