Hey ya'll!
Hope everyone is healthy and safe!
I wanted to know if anyone could share their experience (current/previous) in the ABSN program. What are the course load and clinic hours like? Is working part-time feasible? How did students pay for housing and living costs while in school (loans, scholarships, family help, etc.) What would you have done differently going into the program as well during the program? What specialities did you get to experience in your clinical rotations? Do you have a residency lined up or job offers?
Looking forward to your responses, cheers!

Hi Lauren,
I’m unable to message you
I was just informed that I am 32 on the waitlist for the 2021 ABSN cohort. Does it sound feasible that I’ll get a spot?
Has anyone filled out the intent to register form yet? I am stuck on the high school part. Should I put in the high school I attended even though I didn’t graduate? Or the location where I got my GED? I’m not sure which info they are wanting later I guess. I haven’t been asked about high school in a long time hah. I called and left a message asking, and sent a quick email. Not trying to bother them but I didn’t catch that this was due by Monday.

I did and I didn't attend high school here in the US. I just put in the school I attended. I was a little confused about the form too.
Hey all! My husband and I decided it would be best to attend the nursing program in the city we currently live in, so I just wanted to let people on the waitlist know there's one more spot that's opening up :) So glad to have had a way to connect with others in the same process. Wishing you all the very best in your journey to become nurses!

I got the email. I’m 32 on the waitlist. I wish I knew what that meant, as far as my chances of getting a spot.
