UW Oshkosh CRNA Program 2021

Hello,

I recently applied to UW Oshkosh's CRNA program and I am anxiously awaiting some feedback. Does anyone know if they start contacting applicants after the December 1st deadline when all of the materials were due? Or if they don't start contacting applicants until after the December 31st when the letters of recommendation were due?

I had mine Thursday and they said they would have their decision in two weeks. So far, no other feedback. 

Did you sign a document prior to the interview that outlined the program and how rigorous it and a description of the rules etc?

I did. It pretty much outlined that life would be hell for three years haha!

LOL yeah, that one! I did get an update that it had been signed by Dr. Wren on 2/2, so I don't want to het my hopes up but I think that was a very good sign. Not sure if anyone else got this. I think my interview went well overall, so I am anxiously waiting but still preparing for the worst. That written quiz was wild.

Yeah the status On docu sign switched for me as well and noticed that signature as well. I thought the same thing it being a good sign, but didn’t want to get my hopes up. I was very nervous during my interview and those two assignments last minute had me on edge LOL. Virtual interviews are not my thing

Yeah, lets hope it is a good sign! I hope we hear by next week, this is my top choice!

I think her signing was honestly a formality. I received the same notice. The quiz went well. And I felt indifferent about the written piece. The interview itself was hard to gauge since it was personal questions and there were no right or wrong answers, just a matter of whether or not you’re a good fit in their opinion. I had my interview on Tuesday and was also told two weeks. Hard to tell if it’ll be beginning or end of that second week since interviews went through Thursday. Hoping to hear something Monday but setting my expectations for Friday. The wait is almost over.

Definitely trying to stay busy and not think about it. But they did clearly state two weeks during the interview. The question is two weeks from the interview date or two weeks from the last interview on Thursday ? hoping for Monday but being realistic and anticipating next week Friday.
