UVA Nurse Residency Winter 2018

No, I'm not a new grad, but I did work at UVA for a few years. I'm still in the area, but not Charlottesville. As far as VA goes, the housing market is pricey in Charlottesville!

I've recently applied for the Summer 2018 cohort but I'm sure it will be awhile before they contact me. Did you submit any letters of recommendation? Couldn't find a specific place for them on the online app, and I'm have a difficult time getting a response back from their email.

emoakley Yes I did- there should be a section to upload "supplementary documents" or something of that nature. I uploaded my resume, cover letter, and reference page there, and then used whatever space was left to upload letters! Good luck!

How long was the timeline from the time of app submission to email response to interview to job offer?

I'm in the same boat as snurse2018- I applied over a month ago for the Summer 2018 but haven't received word back. Curious why the Winter 2018 cohort is getting filled first. let me know if you have a chance! thanks

Winter 2018 is the start date for Feb 2018 I believe... can't wait to hear about summer! I'm getting anxious

Ohh that's cool I live in Charlottesville too .. I was about to join in November but due to some licensing issues start date can go further.
