UVA CNL Summer 2019

Hey guys! Submitted my application for University of Virginia's Clinical Nurse Leader program set to start in May 2019! Currently my top school so I'm hoping to get in. They said we should hear back by mid-Nov I believe??? This waiting part is killing me. Any one else apply?

Hope interview went well for you guys. Waiting for that final result. Good luck guys I hope we all make it in.

The admissions decisions are released via our application portal, correct?

Not sure. I've been checking both my email and the application portal all day. Nothing yet.

I was accepted! I'm thrilled! I'm hoping to go directly through from the CNL to the DNP. I'm so excited my dream has become a reality! Now to figure out where I'll live (I'm from NY and my children and husband will be staying here.) it's a sacrifice we want to make. For many reasons. See you all soon. Congrats to those who got in, and good luck to those who didnt. I know we will all end up in a strong program.

Congrats!

I'm a graduate of the program (2017), and since I commuted from a little over half an hour away, I wouldn't be a great resource on local housing. However, there are a number of my former classmates as well as current students who would likely be happy to point you toward local housing options.

Let me know if you want me to put you in touch with any of them.

Also, I highly recommend one of you set up a "UVA CNL Class of 2021" (or whatever) Facebook page right away. Usually, a few people from previous/current classes will join if you want them to, and then folks can blast out questions that everyone can see the answers to about the program, housing, etc.

Does anyone know when we will hear back about the Conway scholarship? I thought that I had read January 15th, but can't find a date anywhere now. Thanks!

I saw that someone created a page. You can find it by searching UVA CNL 2021.
