UV Medical Center Nurse Residency summer 2014

Has anyone applied to the Nurse Residency program for summer 2014. I applied in October and according to HR applicants will be contacted by 12/13 if invited for an interview.

Has anyone heard back from them at all?

Yes! I have an interview next week! When do you hear if you get the position or not?? Also, what was the interview set up like and what kind of questions did they ask you??

Have either of you heard from UVA since your interview? I was interviewed on Feb. 5th and am wondering if No news is bad news...

I haven't heard anything, I think it depends on which unit you interviewed for.. They told me like 2-3 weeks ?

Ava2442 Thanks for response. They told me that they would let me know either way in the next 2 weeks...and we would have two weeks to decide if we wanted the position offered. It sure would be nice to hear something... I wonder if bsarver has heard anything?

Hey, I interviewed 1/16 and I have still not heard anything... I was told I would know in 2-3 weeks. I emailed the person who interviewed me and the person who invited me to interview. They told me selections have been made and that HR would be contacting me as soon as possible. And that was over a week ago. I am getting frustrated...i would like to know if I didn't get the job, so that I can move on, yeah know? I am going to call HR today and hopefully get some answers.

Thanks for your information. I guess they have alot of applicants, but it sure would be nice if they could at least let us know if there is a delay and when we can expect to hear something..... ANYTHING..... !
