UTSW February 2022 Residency

Hello All! This is a forum for those applying to the UTSW Residency Program this upcoming February 2022. I applied to UTSW residency and a couple of other hospitals. Good luck to everyone!

I still haven’t heard back from the recruiter about scheduling an interview? I sent them the days I preferred and never got a reply. Did anyone else have this problem or did they just reply super late?

Does anyone know how many people they are interviewing?

They got back to me only recently so I'd say don't worry too much or contact the recruiter who emailed you

I interviewed yesterday with two units and I got offers for both!! Trying to decide which one I should take!

No way that is so awesome! So happy for you ? congrats girl! I have my interview with critical care in 45 minutes ??

Had my critical care interview today! Lowkey I feel super confident, I think it went really well! In case anyone is wondering, they told me they’re looking to take 11 new grads between the 5 critical care departments.

Congratulations that's amazing!! How soon did they contact you after your interview or did they offer it on the spot?

Interviewed in under 30 minutes! I was so nervous but the managers were so nice and gave compliments ? good luck everyone, if anyone gets job offers please let us know when!

Hi there, congratulations! How long did it take for them to reach back out with the offer? I interviewed this morning with women’s services and hoping for good news.

Thank you so much!! I got offers from the 3 inpatient oncology units as well as 2 outpatient clinics!!

Thank you so much!! So I interviewed that morning and afternoon and Garrett called me at around 3:30p to say all the managers wanted to offer me a position!
