I'm not sure how many positions. I know UTSW is pretty competitive in Dallas. I hear that they have the best benefits compared to the other nearby hospitals.
Thanks for answering! I also won't take the NCLEX til the end of the month. Is having an RN license necessary to be interviewed at UTSW and Baylor? Or is it only necessary upon the start date? Some of them are confusing and state requires RN license but then the employer questions ask if you have an RN license or will attain one upon the start date..

Every hospital is different but most hospitals require you to have your NCLEX by a certain point. Usually 6 weeks after the residency has begun. Some students wait until after they graduate to apply for jobs. By that point they usually will have already tested for their NCLEX. I hope this helps!
