That’s what I have too and I’m starting to think so. I called and asked someone at UTMB and they told me that it doesn’t mean rejection necessarily but I’m not sure what else it could mean.

I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up but right before I got my acceptance my portal said the same thing. So anything is still possible! Good luck!

I think y'all might hear back something after Nov 8th. Cuz the deadline for the first wave to accept/reject is that day.

Good evening everyone,

I am on the waitlist for summer 2020, and just wanted to take the time to do some well-wishing for everyone else who applied for the program! I've been a mess since I heard back, but I keep reminding myself that it's all in God's hands now. I'm praying for everyone here!

If anyone has been placed onto the waitlist previously by UTMB do you have any advice? Did y’all continue to apply? Does the waitlist end once summer starts? It’s all so confusing..

also to congrats to everyone accepted, and for the ones still waiting keep your heads up.. this whole process applying to schools has been brutal

Hey y’all,

I just want to let you all know that I actually was placed on the waitlist for UTMB 2 times. I don’t have the best grades and I feel as if my personal statement is what got me an interview in the first place. I know how disheartening it can be to be waitlisted/turned down. I honestly applied this last time expecting to be turned down. But didn’t. I was accepted. I actually had a bachelors this last time I applied which is what I was working towards while being rejected (lol). You are waitlisted for that particular class you applied for. Sometime they do offer you acceptance into the following cohort (you applied for summer they let you in for spring). This is more rare though.

Just let yourself feel however you need to about it but don’t give up. Keep trying.

Did anyone receive the acceptance letter in the mail? I just got mine!

Also, do you know what is ADA/Essential Functions Form? I saw it in the form attached to the acceptance letter.

Has anyone had an issue when trying to accept the admissions offer? I've selected "Yes" for everything, but when I click the "Confirm" button at the bottom, an error message appears and says

Please review and electronically sign the following agreements by selecting "Yes" and clicking the "Confirm" button.

I've also clicked all the links in case that was it, but it still wont let me continue to the payment page!

Update: somehow when I was trying to exit it brought me to the payment page, so I guess I did something correctly!
