UTMB Spring 2014 Applicants

The application process has just gotten under way for UTMB spring admission. Has anyone taken the TEAS tests? Any helpful hints on getting a high score?

I hope we hear this week since next week is Thanksgiving!

Good luck to all those applying! Just for reference, I had an interview on the 13th and got my letter of acceptance yesterday (the 18th) which was surprising because they told me they would contact me in like 2-4 weeks. To anyone else who was admitted, let me know if there's a Facebook group or something for the class.

Congrats in getting accepted Alexanderbrown. This waiting is killing me. I'm sorry to hear dannic. I wish you luck in whatever you plan in the future. I totally agree you bwilliam1018. I hope I do hear something this week so I can enjoy my thanksgiving.

I called yesterday afternoon and got basically the same info as kmr13. I dont understand why it takes so long for them to notify us if all the decisions have been made.

I agree. All we can do is wait and be optimistic. This waiting has caused me to gain 5 lbs! Well good luck to us and the others that are still stress eating and waiting.

God is soo good because He is allowing me to go to nursing school at UTMB. I just received my acceptance email a few minutes ago. I am super excited. Everyone else, keeping hanging in there.

I've been reading everyone's posts for months now and finally decided to join in lol

I had my interview on Nov 7 and after the agonizing wait, I finally received my acceptance via email today!

I'm so excited and relieved that I was accepted because I don't have a 4.0 GPA and I don't have outstanding TEAs scores. I really was expecting to be wait listed or denied... But I am very thankful that they have decided to accept me under my circumstances!

For those of you who have already been accepted, I can't wait to meet you all at orientation :)

For those of you still waiting, do not be discouraged! Don't give up hope yet!! I wish you all the best of luck!!! :)
