UTMB Fall 2018

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hey! I wanted to make this post because I didn't see a thread for those who are applying to UTMB Galveston Fall 2018. I know application hasn't open yet, but I just took my teas score. I have no idea if it is good enough for UTMB standards. I currently have 40 hours, but by the end of this semester I will have around 53 credit hours. I have no idea how I should even start my personal statement. Would you guys be willing to share your stats? Any questions or comments please feel free to post! :)

My stats are

TEAS:

82% Overall

-Reading: 85.1%

-Math: 87.5%

-Science: 78.7%

-English and Language Use: 75.0%

GPA: 3.9 Overall

I did it myself. I'm not going to pay for something it n do. Myself. Yes it is tedious and you must be precise on entering your info. However, it's not worth your $60. If you have any other questions I'm willing to help:)

Awesome thank you!

I plan on applying for fall 2018 as well. I still have to take my TEAS and nutrition then i sill be done.

What's your stats if you don't mind me asking. Gpa? Pre req gpa

I haven't put it into nursing cas yet. What about yours?

I just received my supplemental application and my mystar account. Just an update.

Nice! I'm still waiting to finish the last classes out this semester before I'm able to submit my application.

Hey guys need a little advice, I want to apply for the fall, but I have not yet completed my science hours I'll finish 8 this December. If I start applying then, after my grades have posted. Will my transcript and grades be in on time? How long does it usually take to receive?

If we finish for this fall semester to be over, will we have enough time to submit and everything be received on time?

Yes, just start on the application process to be safe. I'm finishing my last class this semester and applying for the fall. When you send your transcript just tell the school to not send them until fall grades are posted on the transcript. You still have time. The deadline is January 15th on Nursing cas.

Hi guys, I was wondering if you applied for the program before and sent them your transcripts during that time but didn't get in..would you have to resend your transcripts again when reapplying?

Hello eveyone! I'm working on my NursingCAS application. Considering that it takes them 4-6 weeks to process applications do you think it's too late to apply since the deadline is January 15th. How long did it take them to process your app?
