UTMB FALL 2015

Hello everyone! I think it's finally time for someone to start a fall thread so here it goes. I am applying to UTHSC and UTMB for fall semester. I gave my teas test today and idk if that score is good enough or not. My GPA is 4.0 and teas individual score is 81. How did everyone else do in their test?

The committee met today and I was told that everyone will be notified by the end of next week.

I emailed them and I was told that the committee is meeting on Monday and we should hear by the end of next week. I think they're just sending us all the same copy-and-pasted message until they start updating people's MyStar accounts!

Are you serious? I was told they already met this Monday and we'll know by the end of next week. How careless, people need to know so they can apply for the spring semester if they haven't been accepted for the fall. The spring deadline is in almost 2 weeks!

So I retook my TEAS and got a better grade, and my MyStar still shows a green dot, but I was never contacted about an interview? Should I give up on UTMB or wait it out?

I think they're finished with interviews, but not too sure. Don't give up, call them and find out why you haven't been contacted yet, hopefully they'll give you some info.

I emailed Elizabeth Botello and she said that they were still reviewing people and trying to wrap up admissions, that all decisions will be updated no later than May 31st.

Does that mean they will not be doing anymore interviews?
