UTHSCSA Fall 2016

Let me try one more time. Anyone out there applying to UTHSCSA for the fall of 2016? The deadline is getting closer. How is everybody feeling? As for me I am a nervous wreck. I have taken my TEAS and completed all the courses. I am about finished with the application and I am just ready to know either way.

Hi Lunaaa7! Do you think you can join our FB page so you can give us an insiders point of view being that you are in your first semester? Maybe advice on what to start doing now, stuff like that. What do you think?

Hopefully teas was low 71, overall gap 3.5 and math & science 3.8.. It's was my low teas score

Y'all are so lucky! You guys found out 2 weeks earlier than we did. Congratulations!

Ratlady, you seem to be a current student at UTHSCSA (I am lazy and don't want to review the past pages, sorry. Lol!) We would love for you to join our FB group to help give some insight to what is ahead of us.

Acceptance letters for my first choice school (A&M online BSN program) don't come in until April so i will be turning down my acceptance to UTHSC if I get in there. Good luck to everyone!

I applied at UIW too. But we don't get our letters until April. They only take 60 and so far they've gotten atleast 200 applicants (from the person I spoke to back in mid January). So if you do get accepted at UIW, are you gonna go there or apply again in the Spring? for UTHSCSA?

Hey just wanted to let you guys know UIW sent out their acceptance emails today! I received mine but am declining. I'm not sure if they have a wait list there but hopefully it will clear a seat for someone

Both my friend and I had not gotten our letters from UIW. Uhhh... I dont like this feeling lol. I am not sure if UIW has a waitlist. As much as I want to attend UIW(dream school, lame, i know lol), it is more convenient and better to attend UTHSCSA, but hopefully all of us waitlisters at UTHSCSA are getting pulled. :)

Does anyone happen to know how many people they admitted this year? Looking at previous stats they offer many and always a huge gaps in enrollments. Also did anyone actually get denied or are they waiting for the spots to be filled? It does not look like anyone here got a denial...
