UTHSC-Houston Spring 2013

Hi,

I am new to allnurses.com and I wanted to start a topic for the Spring 2013 applicants at UTHSC Houston. Where we can keep each other posted on the process as it nears. I have yet to take the HESI but i wonder if anyone else has taken it and what their score was. I will compile my GPA's later and post them on here.

well...i just got my email....and i got denied...

i really don't understand why considering my credentials were pretty good...

98% Hesi 850 CT

3.75 science GPA 3.5 transfer gpa

*sigh*

So sorry to hear....I thought denials were not going out until the 15th.....

I have not heard anything and have pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I am not getting getting in....I think I would have heard by now.

Congrats to those who got it! I know how much work it takes so you should be very proud of yourself!

me too!!!! I HATE this.....I wish they would just inform everyone already....especially denials. Just send them out and be done with it!

I applied but haven't heard back either. I would think that denials would go out all at once? I have a yellow triangle because of the classes I'm finishing up this semester. I don't like that it's the same symbol as being waitlisted!

I took the HESI A2 V2 test and noticied it was the EXACT same! Same reading pararaphs and everything...I checked to see if I scheduled the right one and it said V2...I am freaking out right now because I feel like I took the wrong test...

If you have one set of scores that says V-1 and the other that says V-2, I think you're good. When I took the second version I also thought it was somewhat the same.

Well, just got my 2nd course eval in the mail, pre req GPA went up, but still no word on acceptance. Still yellow triangle. This is getting very frustrating! I just want to know already...

What school did you attend primarily to get your credits?

I took everything at HCC. Even graduated with an associates of science in health and medical sciences.
