UTA Nursing Fall 2015 On-Campus or AP Student Discussion Board

This is a thread for open discussion on students applying for the nursing program starting Fall 2015. Feel free to address any concerns or questions you have!

I'm sure we're all in the same boat :)

As of now my current worry is, of course, getting in for the campus-based program.

My overall GPA is 3.67

and my science GPA is 3.75

HESI: Passed

No considerations

Not partnered

I've seen threads showing people got into the Spring semester with these stats but that application period is less busy soooooo...I'm worried.

Who has gotten called off the wait list?

Yes I had a 3.91 overall and a 4.0 sciences no considerations and not partnered! All classes required were complete!

3.9 Gpa, no considerations, not partenered. Taking intro, terminology, tech writing at Uta this summer.

I just got called off the waitlist on the 12th. My stats are overall GPA 3.78, science GPA 3.67, and I had no considerations.

It's no problem! I had given up on getting in the fall semester, so this came as a big surprise. Good luck! You never know what will happen and being patient is very stressful.
