This thread is for anyone taking Holistic health assessment on-line at UTA starting Jan 14th 2013. Hopefully we can get a good thread going in order to provide support for each other as we go. The more students who participate, the better it will be for everyone.

I:E ratio is 1:2 usually. Expiration is usually two times longer than inspiration. It is in the assessment portion in our textbook.

Hi everyone,

not much going on here on this forum lately; i guess everyone is feeling pretty beaten by now. i, for one, am just sick of this class and everything it entails. i can't wait to be done done done.

what did everyone think of week 3 quiz? Given all of the material we are responsible for, i can't imagine what the final exam will be like.

just trying to hang on.

I am so sick of the words reports, states, denies, bilaterally and the 24 hour food intake. OMG. I did better on week 3 quiz than week 2 for some reason. Wonder if the final comes from the quizes. I am developing carpal tunnel from all the computer typing on these assignments.

Signed up for Vulnerable populations next. Yikes! I will just be glad not to write an objective or subjective assignment:)

Hope my grades for week 3 are OK. The longer this goes on, the slacker I feel that I get.

i know what you mean, exactly. I am getting to the point where I am starting not to care anymore, and so i have to fight that feeling, and try to be my usual diligent, careful student. it's just that this is sucking the life out of me. maybe because i crammed all the assessments into the first one and a half weeks, so i have been saturated with this stuff. i don't know.

I don't have mine either. I have KG. I think I usually get mine on Monday morning.

note from Miss Good Luck from yesterday saying she will be grading things Sun and Mon. It's Mon afternoon in Tx now and still nothing. Oh, and she told us to "enjoy the Super Bowl and commercials." Guess I know what she was doing yesterday, rather than grading our stuff :sneaky:

no. Miss Good Luck is T.E. someone here gave her that name because that is her standard response whenever anyone asks any question. Examples:

"How do I do a COLDSPA when my client has no complaints?"

Response: You must submit a COLDSPA for every assignment. Good Luck!

or

"Do we have to list a 24-hour diet for each assignment?"

Response: Read the instructions for weekly assignments. Good Luck!
