Hi,

I'm looking for feedback regarding UTA MSN FNP online program. I am planning to start next month (4/2021) and would appreciate any feedback regarding the program. Thank you in advance!

Have you found out any info or have you started? I was recently accepting for a July start. I am also waiting to hear back from another program. Without hearing back from the other program I don’t have much of a choice at this point ?. But it would be nice to be able to make a more informed decision should it become the case.

Sorry for the late response, I just saw this. 

Do you mind me asking which school you transferred to?

Did you manage to transfer all your credits?

I do not have 1-year experience as an RN just yet, and many schools (other than the online ones) require 1 year.

Hi are you still with the UTA FNP program?

Yes, I am still in the program and I will be graduating the end of this year. What got me through was my facebook/whatsapp study group. I would advise anyone entering this program to find you a study buddy so a facebook group where you guys study together.

OK I see, that's a piece of good advice. So do students have difficulty in knowing what classes need to be taken next-do we get help on that?

what difficulty if any are you experiencing with UTA FNP program, I will be starting next month.

the classes are pretty much lined up for you, some of the classes are easy like the first 3 then you have patho,pharmacology, family 1-3 which are more difficult and require more time 

I think you should reach out to a student advisor to guide you

Would you agree that overall the FNP program at UTA is not as horrible as the other online reviews? My first class would begin Aug 22 and I am excited you know...

its very doable if you are organized and stay on top of your assignments the only bad thing is you may have to find/pay your own preceptor during your last year. I've been paying for all my preceptors, UTA will not help you find any most of the time.

Oh wow, did you offer to pay the preceptor or is there a website to pay for preceptors?

No, I am just about to begin so-real congratulations to you Ann you are almost there!
