Hello,
I am currently looking to start the FNP program at UTA in April 2016. I wanted to hear from any current students in the FNP program.
1. How do you like the structure of the program?
2. Any tips or study advice?
Also, please comment if you plan on starting in April 2016 or anytime in the 2016 school year. I know they have several sessions throughout the year. I would love to make a study group to help us throughout the program.
Not all classes use the lockdown browser. The nursing core classes, like research, evidence, etc., and open book exams. I am in pharm right now, and it is not open book, but we do not use the lockdown browser and camera. We did in patho, and so far tha is the only class where I have had to use the camera.
Hey everyone! I applied for the Sept. 26th start date was told on Friday that we should hear in the next 2-3weeks whether or not we were accepted. Super excited and nervous all at the same time. Good luck! Hope we get in and start a study group or just a lean on me group for our cohort (pending acceptance).
Hey everybody. Congrats to those who've been accepted! I just received my acceptance letter and am planning on starting on 09/26 as well. Has anybody transferred in any graduate level classes? I know the website says they will accept up to 10 credit hours, but was wondering how much they actually end up accepting. (I have all of my core classes out of the way with another program.)

Hello everyone! I applied for the 2016 Fall, Sept 26th start date.. waiting for acceptance letter. I've been reading this thread and have researched the program for over a year. I'm excited to start. I know a couple of people that are a few semesters in and they've told me good and negative things. Just wanted to say hi!
