How would I benefit from having a lawyer? My former employer told me I could not contest or fight this. How do I find a lawyer?

I have worked for a psychiatry facility for six months. I was recently fired because of an APS case accusing me of neglect. I was told APS will be notifying the BON of Texas. I am 3 months pregnant and don`t have another source of income. What are my options? Where do I go from here? Please Help

Thanks for the speedy reply. I have 2 children(2yrs and 11month old) and no family to help babysit while I am at work. Husband does 12hr shifts (9am-9pm). I am hoping to put the kids in daycare when I start working.

I am a Rn with almost 10yrs of experience in medtele, medsurg and outpatient services. My last job was in SC 5months ago because I relocated to El Paso. I live on the East side of El Paso and I am having a though time getting a day shift job. I am a certified Medico-surgical registered nurse and ACLS certified. I thought my resume would be so appealing and I would get many job offers but that has not been the case. I have attended one job interview but I have not had any feedback . Is there something I am missing or not doing? I am getting bored out of my mind? Pls any thoughts, suggestions or advice? It will be greatly appreciated
