Same here. I'm aiming for the June 2018 deadline. I have about 5 prerequisite to complete. This week I'll be done with one history.
I'm starting micro on the 15. I'm very nervous about this class the rest is writing government and some reading class. I still have to take the teas.
If we can help each other out that will be great. If anyone also has tips about how to get through this online micro that will really help.
Agreed!! Do you have an email address?

Hi! I'm also applying for the online nursing program for spring 2019. I just have 5 pre-reqs left which I am currently taking. I registered for the TEAS early May and will be taking pharmacology over the summer. For the fall semester I will be taking pathophysiology, intro to nursing, and legacy of the family.
Hi! I bought a study guide book (Mometrix Secrets Study Guide) and it has been helpful so far. A good way to study is to start out by taking one of the practice tests just to see where you are at then study your weak points. For ready the best way to study is just to do practice exams for that portion. I also downloaded a Teas test study app on my phone to do practice questions when I have down time; its more productive then social media or games lol! Good luck

By any chance do you know if SAT/ACT is required for AO BSN if never attended school, but not fresh out of high school? Really confused. I have received several different answers.
To get into the AO program you must have a bachelors degree in any field provided you've completed the required prerequisite to enter the AO program. And to get the bachelors degree you must have attended and graduated from a 4 year university with the bachelors And to get to the 4 year university you must have completed either GED or high school. You cannot just take the SAT and apply. But if you have a GED already or have already completed high school you can apply to the school and start your prerequisite. This is what I think though.
Okay I am a little confused. I've been out of high school for a few years now. went a different route and obtained a Dental Assistant License.... I don't have a bachelors and was told I am approved to start online pre nursing classes..... however I am mostly concerned about SAT/ACT even if you have a degree or not, some people say they still had to provide it and some said it wasn't required (no degree yet)
I think it depends on the school or nursing program you're trying to get into. I'd just contact the school and talk to an adviser. Everyone will have different opinions but the school will tell you exactly what you need. Wish you all the best.
Thats not true. The nursing online program has a few routes: for those that are already RNs, and those that are not. You do not have to have a Bachelors degree to apply. Also, they require TEAS exam and not SAT. Here is the link
