That's not always the case. I'm moving to DFW after getting my ADN in the Central Texas area and have had two job offers from different hospitals already.

They go off the TEAS test now not HESI. So the way the scoring is, take your GPA and add it to your science GPA, then each consideration is .5 points. And for the partenered hospital you will be in a separate applicant pool or other employess vs all ...
